Hurawalhi is a five-star, adults-only resort and the only resort on its island, roughly 400 by 165 metres of white sand and palms in Lhaviyani Atoll. The seaplane from Malé takes about 40 minutes.
It is best known for 5.8 Undersea Restaurant, set 5.8 metres below the surface of the lagoon. The island also has 90 beach and over-water villas, Sulha Spa, a freshwater infinity pool, a PADI 5-star dive centre and a Marine Biology Centre.

Fine print
Green tax: travellers to the Maldives pay a green tax of USD 12.00 per person per night, payable at the resort.

Transfers. Hurawalhi is about 40 minutes by seaplane from Velana International Airport (MLE). Seaplanes fly in daylight only, so late arrivals may need a night near the airport before flying out.
